Meridian Psychiatric Partners, LLC is a preferred provider of BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois and Blue Choice insurance networks. If you carry this insurance, our practice is an in-network provider and we will submit your claims to your insurance on your behalf. However, you should be aware that some Blue Cross Blue Shield Mental Health plans are administered by a third party, and Meridian Psychiatric Partners may not be considered an in-network provider.


The practice is also a preferred provider for the Northwestern University Student Health Insurance Plan and the School of the Art Institute (SAIC) Student Health Insurance Plan. You can self-refer to our practice by calling our intake line, and we can also coordinate services with your school's student services department if necessary.

We are happy to provide services to patients with insurance other than those listed above. You will be asked to pay for your services at the time of your visit, and we will gladly provide you with an invoice that you may file with your individual insurance carrier for reimbursement according to their rates and your insurance plans.

Meridian Psychiatric Partners, LLC has three convenient locations in Downtown Chicago on Michigan Avenue, Downtown Evanston and Lake Forest at the intersection of highways 94 and 60. Our Administrative Staff

Our administrative staff is here to help make your interactions with our office as comfortable, confidential and informative as possible. We are here to answer your questions, schedule new patient intake appointments, respond to medical record requests and to facilitate billing. In order to help make sure things go as smoothly as possible, we ask that you check in with us when you arrive for your appointments so that we may verify your address, contact information and insurance information if applicable. If you would like to set up automatic reminders for your appointments, or electronic billing invoices, we can do that too.
