Meridian Psychiatric Partners, LLC is a preferred provider of Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, BCBS Blue Choice, Aetna POS and Aetna PPO insurance networks. If you carry this insurance, we are an in-network provider. Please be aware that some BCBS and Aetna Mental Health plans are administered by a third party, and Meridian may not be considered an in-network provider in those cases.
Meridian is also a preferred provider for the Loyola University Chicago, Northwestern University and School of the Art Institute of Chicago health insurance plans, as well as the University of Chicago Health Plan (UCHP) and U of C’s University Student Health Insurance Plan (U-SHIP). You can self-refer by calling our intake line, and we can also coordinate services with your school's student services department if necessary.
Even if you have insurance other than those listed, Meridian is here for you. You’ll simply be asked to pay for your services at the time of your visit. You’ll receive an invoice that you may file with your individual insurance carrier for reimbursement according to their rates and your insurance.
